The City of New Orleans is working with IBM to examine opportunities for data warehousing and performance management system that may improve the quality and cost-effectiveness of service delivery, and promotes accountability and transparency. The IBM team will be working with several resources that are already being developed by the city including a 3-1-1 system and the newly created City Office of Performance and Accountability.
